Key Expertise Required:

Production / Assembly

• • Leading of Machine shop Production & safe workplace maintenance.
  • To Manage HMC, Integrex & Gear cutting machine shop.
  • Improvement in OEE & STD. hrs. of each machine
  • Reduction in cycle time / Setup time and rejection.
  • Improvement in process / output delivery.
  • Regular follow up with KPI, PDCA and improvements.
  • Standardization in Tools / fixture with respect to the operation
  • TQM /TPM co-ordination to reducing the break downs.
  • Liaison with inter departments like QA, PPE, Planning, Assembly & Maintenance
  • Adequate knowledge on Mazatrol programming of Integrex/ HMC / Turning & Broaching /Gear machine knowledge.

Product Qulality / Improvement

• • Ensure to produce good quality of parts.
  • NC parts handling and take appropriate corrective actions for the Root cause.
  • Organizing the meeting and ensure to take timely decision on NC parts.
  • Basic awareness on ISO :9001 & 14001 concepts

Manpower Utilisation

• • Handling of min 500 manpower.
  • Getting all sections output with respect to the SAP cycle time.  
  • Responsible for Quality Circle activities.
  • Conducting meeting to motivate and give the training to subordinates.
  • Structured and periodical reviews 

Production, Safety and Quality  standards

• • Ensuring adherence to manufacturing quality standards
  • Overseeing operational quality control processes
  • Analayis of rejection trends and corrective actions
  • Analayis of safety related incidents and ensure corrective actions in place

Preferred Experience

• • Bachelor's degree in Production / Mechanical engineering;
  • Minimum 20  years of experience;
  • experience in a Manufacturing company preferably in a engineering component manufacturing, not batch production but make to order with varied prouducts 
  • Good communication skills especially with all the customers (Internal External).
