Key Expertise Required:

• • Partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and business decisions through data insights
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting; monitor performance and drive corrective actions 
  • Analyze margins across products/customers; identify and improve profitability
  • Ensure discount governance and adherence to pricing policies 
  • Manage inventory, valuation, physical counts, and working capital efficiency 
  • Own and standardize product costing frameworks
  • Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Plan) and drive root-cause actions
  • Implement and govern transfer pricing in alignment with HQ; ensure timely pricing
  • Drive operational and procurement efficiency through regular performance reviews
  • Strengthen financial controls, compliance, and governance standards
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the controlling team
  • Manage standard costing and periodical vetting of machine hour rate. Comparing budget Vs actual. Working with the CFT team to reduce inefficiency.
  • Monitor purchase price variance compared with previous years . Initiate corrective action.

 Skills & Competencies

• • Team Handling ( 5 and above ) and ownership
  • Strong analytical and business partnering skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SAP, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to drive data-driven decisions and automation
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication

Experience : 8 to 15 years

Educational Qualification : CA/ICWA qualified
